This photo book shows a few images of what I have taken in the past months. I have created an idea of what I want my book to look like. This is a draft and hope to make more changes to make it even better.
Tasteful Typography – Screw/Nail it up
Working on typography has been one of the hardest project ever. I learned so much about designs, photos, and colors. I chose the exact fonts for a reason and took a while to make up my mind into something. Aside from that, learning how to include a watermark was for sure a blast. A few months ago, I had been wanting to include a watermark into the photos I have taken but never really put my mind into it. I love it. Here is some images I took while at Bannack Ghost town.

Bannack Best – Portraits
Visiting Bannack was for sure a unique experience. I learned so much about photography and to capture the most lonely place and turn it into something beautiful. Bannack is a Ghost Town in the state of Montana. The state keeps it as a Historic site. Most of the things there are old, dirty, and those who attend can sense a feel of loneliness. I wanted to transform that into something much more than that: something beautiful.

Portraits and Enhancements
Working on portraits was really fun. It taught me how to use different angles of the people that modeled for me. I liked the place I chose for a background because the people really stood out. I didn’t have a … Continue reading
Reflectors
Without Reflector
This picture was taken when the sun was out during a cloudy day. Working on this project was so fun by seeing the differences of using the reflectors.
The next photo is taking with gold reflector.
Diffusion
Both photos were taken at the time when the sun was out. We were able to move to a different location where the sun was brighter.
Close Up & Personal
Taking macro photos was so fun, interesting and I enjoyed it so much. It was easy to get the hang of it once on my own. It did take a lot of practice, time and effort. I took the photos mostly outside of class. I had a hard time finding something to capture. Once I selected the object, I moved the object around. Then, I would move around the object to find another perspective of it.

Red Hydrant
Photographing this hydrant was way fun! I walked out of my apartment thinking it was going to take me about an hour or so to find a good subject to photograph. Instead, I found it a few steps away from my apartment. As I was walking out of my apartment, on a cloudy day, my caught this red thing in front of me. It stood out mostly because of the color and because the things around it was neutral colors.
I enjoyed working on this project and for sure taught me much more about Photoshop.
